Two Arrested In Stolen Vehicle

Two people are facing charges after they were found in a stolen vehicle.

Police say that on Monday November 28th, 2016 at approximately 3:45am, officers were on routine patrol in the 1400 block of Division Road when they received information of a stolen vehicle. Officers observed the vehicle pull into a parking lot in the area and they drove up to the vehicle and placed the two occupants under arrest without incident.

Officers searched the vehicle incident to arrest and located 3.9 grams of suspect methamphetamine and 1.4 grams of marijuana.

Timothy Gignac, a 35-year-old male from Windsor is charged with possession of stolen property, possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.

Chantelle Roy, a 31-year-old female from Windsor is charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.
