A group of sailboats from a LaSalle yacht club were front row guests to witnessing Wednesday night’s tornado as it hit LaSalle.
“I was able to take this video on the Detroit river last night of the tornado hitting land,” says windsoriteDOTca reader Jonathan Smith.
The viewpoint of the video is looking north towards Gross Isle (left in the video), Fighting Island (centered in the video), and LaSalle (right in the video).
