Windsor Police have arrested a teenager after alleged threats against Kennedy High School.

On Wednesday June 1st at approximately 6:45pm, Windsor Police were called to attend Kennedy High School for a threat of violence planned at the school on June 2nd. Police say the threat was written on property within the school.

Through the investigation officers identified the male suspect who is allegedly responsible for this threat. A 14 year old male was arrested and is charged with Uttering Threats and Mischief.

The 14 year old male was released to the custody of his parents and police continue to investigate.

Police are working with the principal and the school board to ensure a safe environment. There will be a police presence today as a precaution and to ease any concerns.
