Windsor Police are investigating after a teen was robbed at the Q-Store in the 3900 block of Dougall, early Friday morning.

Officers spoke to the employee at the store and a 17 year old male victim. Investigation revealed that the victim entered the store and two male suspects entered shortly after. The first suspect approached the victim while he was selecting an item and allegedly threatened him.

Police say they appeared to square off with one another and the first suspect punched the victim in the head, rendering him unconscious. The first suspect then continued punching and kicking the victim while he was on the ground. The second suspect wasn’t directly involved in the assault but didn’t make any attempt to stop the attack. The second suspect was also seen picking up an item near the victim.

The suspects then left the store together with the victim’s backpack and cellphone. The victim also advised that his bicycle was missing. The victim was transported to hospital with minor injuries.

The first suspect was described as a native male, 18-25 years old, skinny build, black hair, wearing all black clothing. The second suspect was described as a white male, 18-25 years old, wearing a black t-shirt with blue lettering, black pants and black sandals with black socks.

Anyone who can identify the suspects is asked to contact police.
