Several men walked one mile in women’s shoes this morning in East Windsor as part of the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event.

The event was designed as a fun, engaging experience, aimed to address a serious issue, not only in Windsor, but worldwide: to stop the growing sexual violence against women and children.

Male participants were provided with heels and asked to display courageous leadership to become partners with women in making the world a safer place for their families, friends, coworkers, and their community.
