Windsor Police are warning the public about a robbery suspect who is considered armed.

Police say 28-year-old Keimonthy Grayer allegedly robbed a 46-year-old woman at gunpoint on Wednesday, September 10th.

The 46-year-old victim was withdrawing money from an ATM in the 2600 block of Tecumseh Road East around 11:20am when she noticed a woman sitting on the floor in the same room as the ATM, according to police.

Police say once the money was dispensed from the machine, the woman that was seated on the floor got up, allegedly pointed a handgun at the victim and demanding cash.

A friend of the victim, who was waiting in the victim’s car, saw the altercation and ran to help, but the suspect fled the scene on foot, according to police.

Police say the incident was captured on security cameras and the suspect was identified as Grayer

Grayer is wanted for robbery with a weapon, failing to comply with the condition of a judicial release, and theft stemming from another investigation, according to police.

Police warn that Grayer is considered to be armed. They ask the public not to approach or interact with her.

Grayer is described as a black female, 5’2″, 100lbs, with brown hair pulled back in a puff on top. She was last seen wearing a white or grey zip-up sweater, and carrying a bag or purse over her shoulder.

Grayer’s firearm is described as being a black, semi automatic pistol, 4″ to 5″ long, possibly a 9mm.

Police are asking anyone with knowledge of her whereabouts to call 519-255-6700 ext. 4305, or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 519-258-8477 (TIPS).
