Arts Council Windsor & Region (ACWR) announces a free, public reading of Carnivores, a new play by Talish Zafar. ACWR is hosting this event to encourage the cultivation of a rehearsal and workshop period for this new work by Windsor native Talish Zafar. This one-night-only performance will be held at 6:30pm on Tuesday, April 22, in the ArtSpeak Gallery (1942 Wyandotte Street E.). Carnivores is a comedic self reflection on the circumstances of life after finishing school and the struggles faced to endure as an artist and as a newly independent ‘adult’ in the real world. This will be the first time that the work-in-progress will be performed in front of an audience, and will be performed by young theatre artists from across the city.
