Police have one person in custody after a robbery Wednesday afternoon.

Police say that on Wednesday March 26th at approximately 2:15pm the victim received a phone call from a known male regarding purchasing a gaming console that the victim was offering for sale.  Arrangements were made for the victim to bring the gaming console to the area of Pillette Road and Ontario street.  The victim brought the gaming console and met with the male caller.

The caller requested the victim come with him to a downstairs apartment unit located in the 4600 block of Ontario Street. Once inside the unit police say that the caller began to plug in the console to a television to ensure that it was in working order.  Another male known to the victim was also present in the apartment.

The caller grabbed a gun off of a television stand and pointed it to the head of the victim and ordered him out of the apartment.  The victim, fearing for his life, exited the apartment and returned home to his residence.

Police were then called and attended the apartment, along with the Emergency Services Unit.  Police established contact with both males inside the apartment unit.  Both males exited the apartment without incident and were placed under arrest.  The described second male inside the apartment unit was released with no charges.  Police recovered an air pump pellet gun at the scene.  There were no injuries during the incident

Joshua Drouillard 18 years of age is charged with robbery and pointing a firearm.
