Windsor Police arrested one male and are looking for a second after using forensic techniques to track them down.

Police say that on December 2nd, a black Dodge Ram was stolen from the 1000 block of Chilver Road, and was recovered a day later in the 2800 block of Howard Avenue. Police forensic identification officers then conducted an examination of the recovered stolen vehicle.

It was that investigation that led police to identify the two suspects.

On Monday, one of the suspects, a 25-year-old male of Windsor, was arrested by police officers. A warrant is being requested for the second suspect, a 23-year-old male of Windsor.

Both suspects are facing a charge of possession of property obtained by crime of a value not exceeding five thousand dollars.
