Celebrate Canada in Amherstburg!

Canada Day in Amherstburg is an event that you do not want to miss! This day is filled with fun for the whole family!

Municipal vehicles will be all around Toddy Jones Park for the kiddies to explore, a community mural project will be set up for all to participate, Super Heros will be roaming the park along with a mind blowing magician, FREE cupcakes and sports will be provided for all with Food Trucks ready to serve you. All this will be around Amherstburg’s amazing (newly updated) splash pad.

Stay for the awesome concert by The Buck Twenty Band with the famous finale of Fireworks along the Detroit River.

9am Running Flat Canada D’eh 5k Run(preregistered runners) along Dalhousie St.
11am Food Trucks
12pm Mighty Machines including Amherstburg Firetrucks!
12pm Birthday Cupcake party

12pm Amherstburg Community Mosaic Mural. Come be part of this collective community Masterpiece!
12:00pm Amherstburg Admirals come out to play in the Park
12:15pm River Towne Dance Academy

King’s Navy Yard park
6:00pm Opening Ceremony and Indigenous drumming on stage
6:30pm Adam Butcher and Band on stage in King’s Navy Yard Park
8:00pm Magic Show in front of stage
8:30pm till sundown Buck Twenty Band on stage
Sundown FIREWORKS! Viewing from King’s Navy Yard Park or gates open at 8pm at Fort Malden NHS for overflow viewing.
