A drive-thru job fair is being held this Thursday in Tecumseh

The Job Shoppe is hiring more than 200 full-time seasonal production associates for a printing company in Lakeshore.

They say production associates will be responsible for scanning, picking, and preparing orders and receiving and stocking inventory and products. The position is full-time, seasonal, and starts at $18.03/hour with premiums, guaranteed hours, a seasonal bonus, exclusive “WorkPerks”, and more.

They say shift times include days from 6:00am to 4:00pm, nights from 8:00pm to 6:00am, and weekends from 6:00am to 6:00pm. The Job Shoppe says positions could potentially become permanent at the end of the assignment.

They say qualified candidates need to have a high school diploma, a minimum of six months of experience working in a fast-paced environment, successfully pass assessment testing, and have reliable transportation/their own vehicle as the facility is not on a bus route.

All attendees will be required to pass a COVID-19 symptoms screening prior to their interview. Interviews will be conducted with candidates remaining in their car and the recruiter outside of the car. They say masks must be worn at all times.

The Job Shoppe says one lucky attendee will win a $250 gas gift card.

The drive-thru job fair takes place on Thursday, September 23rd, 2021 from 10:00am to 7:00pm at 12021 Tecumseh Road East, Tecumseh, ON N8N 1M1 (the St. Cecile Music Academy building).

Attendees are to enter off of Shawnee Road.
