Drug Bust In Leamington

Ontario Provincial Police have made a drug bust in Leamington.

Police say that on January 7th, 2021, a warrant was executed at an address on Fox Street. As a result a quantity of illicit drugs and cannabis was seized valued at over $28,000.

The following people have been charged.

Miguel Garay Silva, 45-years-old, of Leamington

• Possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
• Fail to comply with a release order
• Possession of illicit cannabis

Michael Ouellette, 39-years-old, of Leamington

• Fail to comply with an undertaking
• Possession of illicit cannabis

Billie-Jo Duquette, 35-years-old, of Leamington

• Fail to comply with an undertaking
• Possession of illicit cannabis

Katharina Klassen, 48-years-old, of Leamington

• Obtain or offer to obtain cannabis by any method or process
• Possession of illicit cannabis

Nicholas Beleutz, 39-years-old, of Leamington

• Possess ammunition contrary to a prohibition order
• Obtain or offer to obtain cannabis by any method or process
• Possess illicit cannabis

The accused are scheduled to appear in a Leamington Court of Justice on January 25th, 2021.
