Windsor Police Lay Two Charges, Issue One Warning During COVID-19 Enforcement

Windsor Police laid two charges and issues one warning during the week of December 20th to 26th, 2020, under the Reopening Ontario Act.

One charge was laid after officers responded to a religious gathering and found it to be over capacity.

A second charge was laid after officers responded to a fitness facility, which was open for business.

A warning was also issued after officers responded to an indoor social gathering where more than five people were present.
