Downtown Vehicle Stop Results In Numerous Drug Charges

Several illicit drugs have been removed from the downtown core, and three adult males face charges following a vehicle stop.

Police say around 6pm on Monday, October 7, 2019, officers conducted a vehicle stop on a 2007 Red Dodge Ram pickup truck in the 400 block of Vera Place. Officers had recognized that one of the occupants was currently wanted on outstanding arrest warrants.

It was confirmed that one of the vehicle occupants was wanted in relation to outstanding arrest warrants, and he was taken into custody without incident.

A search of the arrested adult male found him to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine, oxycodone, Canadian currency and a digital scale.

Upon searching, the involved vehicle officers located a quantity of cocaine and methamphetamine, as well as a number of cell phones.

Daniel Kishore, a 22-year-old male from Toronto, and Martin Marshall, a 48-year-old male from Windsor, are both charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.

Jasean King, a 21-year-old male of no fixed address, is charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
