The Town of LaSalle’s 2019 mill and pave program got underway this week.
Several town streets will see work completed. Those are:
- Tenth Street from Normandy Streetto Lombardy Cres. (section with curb)
- Bishop Street from Todd Lane to the end
- Bagley Avenue from Todd Lane to Bridgeway Blvd.
- Brooklyn Avenue (east and west of Tenth Street)
These roads will remain open to “local traffic only”, including buses, garbage/recycling trucks, and emergency vehicles during construction. Residents will have access to their driveways, except when the concrete is being poured and is curing. There is no parking on the road during construction hours.
The project is expected to take about two weeks to complete, weather-permitting.
