Police Looking For Shooting Suspects

Windsor Police continue to investigate a shooting that took place around 9:45pm on Wednesday, October 31st, 2018 in the 1600 block of Ouellette Avenue.

Investigators have identified a suspect as Guled Ismail, a 25-year-old male from the Toronto area. He is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant from this investigation for attempt murder, robbery with a weapon and five counts of breach recognizance.

Investigation led to the identification of a second suspect in the case. The suspect was located in the area of Park Street and Ouellette Avenue and arrested without incident on Friday November 2nd, 2018.

Julia Sweeney, a 19-year-old female from Windsor, is charged with attempt murder and robbery with a weapon.

Detectives are seeking the identity of a third suspect wanted in relation to the shooting that is pictured above.

He is described a black male, approximately 20 to 25 years of age with dark hair in cornrows-style and pulled back. He is approximately 5’10 in height with a medium build and has scars above and below the left eye.

Both are to be considered armed and dangerous, and police say do not approach.
