The Essex County Chinese Canadian Association celebrated Chinese New Year at Devonshire Mall once again Sunday afternoon.
The celebration was kicked off with the Dragon Parade going around the mall and returning to the stage area to allow for other performances to begin. Performances throughout the day include singing, dancing, and displaying of traditional fashion.
