Two Windsor men are facing charges after OPP located several cartons of unmarked cigarettes and open liquor during a traffic stop.

Police say it took place around 4pm on January 29th, 2017 on Highway 401 near Scane Road.

As a result, Jan Kong, 68-years-old of Windsor has been charged with adult possess unmarked cigarettes.

Ronald Kong, 41-years-old of Windsor was charged with adult possess unmarked cigarettes, and adult having liquor in open container.

Both accused were issued fines, and the tobacco and liquor was seized.
