Windsor Man Charged After Drunk Driving Crash

A Windsor man has been charged after a drunk driving related crash.

OPP say that it happened around 3:20am on December 4th,  2016 near the intersection of Highway 3 and Highway 77.

They say that when they arrived they found a grey four door Mazda on its roof in the ditch.  Witnesses told police that the driver and lone male occupant was walking away from the scene.

Police located the driver having suffered minor injuries, walking from the scene of the collision. He exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested.

Louis Georges age 33 of Windsor was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and exceed 80 milligrams blood alcohol content.
