One person is facing charges after crash on Highway 3 Wednesday afternoon.

OPP say that a white Jeep SUV was travelling eastbound on Highway 3 near Sexton Side Road when it struck the rear of an eastbound farm tractor hauling three wagons loaded with grain.

The Jeep burst into flames but the driver was able to exit the vehicle safely.

The driver of the Jeep, 58-year-old Joseph Nohra of Leamington was arrested at the scene and is charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle, drive motor vehicle Over 80 milligrams, and possession of cannabis.

The driver of the farm tractor was not injured.
