Teens Arrested After Break-In At South Windsor School

Two teens have been charged after a break and enter at a south Windsor school.

Police say that around 4:30am on Sunday November 27th, 2016 they were called to a school located in the 700 block of Norfolk for an alarm.

Officers arrived and found signs some exterior damage consistent with a break and enter, but no suspects were observed on scene.

At approximately 5:45am, Windsor Police were dispatched to a second alarm at the same school. While searching the school officers saw two young males run out the pedestrian door while carrying back packs.

Officers quickly caught up to the males and placed them under arrest without incident. Upon searching the males officers located a quantity of electronics and tools.

A 16-year-old male from Windsor is charged with break and enter and possession of break and enter tools.

A 17-year-old male from Windsor is charged with break and enter and possession of break and enter tools.
