Police have recovered a stolen UHaul truck that was used to steal e-bikes.

Windsor Police were dispatched to a break and enter at a business located in the 3800 block of Tecumseh Road East, early Friday morning.

Officers found the front glass window was smashed and learned a UHaul truck was observed leaving the scene.

A similar vehicle was believed to be involved in a hit and run collision at approximately 5:30am, in the area of Hanna Street East and Howard Avenue.

The UHaul was found abandoned in the 1600 block of Marentette Avenue with 3 stolen e-bikes from the business.

Investigation also revealed that the UHaul was stolen the night before.
