Windsor Police have charged a roofer after they alleged he did not do any work.

They say that on August 29th 2016, they received a report of a fraud involving an alleged roofing contractor.

The complainant told police that he entered into an agreement with a local roofing contractor to have his roof repaired and provided the male with a deposit.

The complainant called the suspect after he failed to show up to commence work and the suspect allegedly swore at the complainant and was told to stop calling. The Financial Crimes Branch had also investigated another allegation of fraud involving the suspect victimizing another senior by accepting payment and failing to start the roofing job.

Ronald Doyscher a 55-year-old male from Windsor is charged with two counts of fraud under.
