Police Identify, Issue Warrant For This Suspect’s Arrest

Police have identified a suspect wanted in relation to last week’s robbery at a pharmacy on Tecumseh Road.

Officers were called around 6:30pm Friday to Hunter Pharmacy located in the 3000 block of Tecumseh Road East.

Police say two men went in the front door and ordered five employees to the ground. One man was armed with a handgun. Police say they stole a quantity of narcotics. The two exited the rear door and fled in a dark blue, mid-sized vehicle.

Detectives and investigators continued to investigate the evidence and tips, including obtaining video surveillance from a number of locations. Through the investigation they were able to positively identify one of the suspect believed to be involved in the incident. They also learned that the vehicle involved in the robbery was allegedly stolen. A warrant has now been issued for the suspect.

Zolton Zoldi, a 23 year old male from Windsor is wanted for Robbery with violence and Possession of Stolen Property.

Investigators continue to investigate the incident and the identity of the second suspect.

Police remind the public that the suspects may be armed and dangerous.

“Members of the general public have no authority to detain these suspects,” say police.
