The Ministry of Transportation is investigating after a set of tires came off a tractor-trailer traveling westbound on Highway 401 near Charing Cross Road on Wednesday.
The wheels struck a guard rail on the highway.
The lone male driver from Brockton, Ontario, did not report any injuries.
