A joint traffic initiative was conducted on June 9, 2015 in Lakeshore between the OPP and The Ministry of Transportation.
In total, twenty eight commercial motor vehicles were inspected. Fifteen of the twenty eight were placed out of service for various defects. Licence plates were removed from four vehicles as they were unfit for the road. Forty Provincial Offences Act charges were laid along with two Criminal Code Charges. One male was arrested for breaching a recognizance.
