Firefighters have extinguished an apartment blaze on University Avenue between Askin and California.
Crews were called around 9am and found fire in one of the apartments. After opening windows, firefighters let heavy smoke pour out of the building.
The blaze was out within minutes.
One person was treated by EMS for minor injuries.
