Police Want To Know Who’s Been Throwing Nails Onto LaSalle Roads

LaSalle Police are looking for a perpetrator who has been throwing roofing nails onto various roads in the Town of LaSalle.

Police say numerous people have come forward and reported their tires have been punctured or ruined due to these nails. Besides these incidents being a nuisance, they also have the potential to cause someone serious harm or injury, say police.

Most of the incidents were reported along the Matchette Road corridor between Laurier Drive and Martin Lane.

Police ask if you see anyone driving or walking around town that appears to throw anything onto the road, please get a description of the person or car with license number and contact LaSalle Police at 519-969-5210. Or you can call Crime Stoppers at 519-258-TIPS.
