Windsor Police have arrested a man who was allegedly walking downtown with a gun in his waistband.

On Sunday Windsor Police officers who were on directed patrol downtown received information of a man possibly in possession of a handgun tucked in his front waistband.

Officers located the male running north in the 400 block of Ouellette Avenue and placed him under arrest without incident.

Upon searching the male officers located a loaded Smith and Wesson handgun in his front waistband.

Ronald Robinson, 30, is charged with Possess Weapon Dangerous to Public Peace and Carry Concealed Weapon.
