Bonduelle Catches Fire In Tecumseh

A fire at Bonduelle in Tecumseh is now out.

Fire crews were called to the plant just before 4pm for a report of fire in the walls.

The blaze was extinguished quickly.

Tecumseh Fire says the fire was caused by embers produced by workers cutting a section of the roof off.

This is the second fire at Bonduelle this year. In July most of the plant’s warehouse burned to the ground.
