Windsor Pharmacist Charged With Fraud

The OPP Anti-Rackets Branch, Health Fraud Investigation Unit have charged the pharmacist and owner of a Windsor pharmacy with fraud and breach of trust.
OPP say that from 2009 to 2011, billings were submitted to the Ontario Drug Benefit Plan for drug products that were not dispensed.
Rocco D’angelo, aged 61 years, of Windsor has been charged with one count of Fraud over $5,000 and breach of trust.
He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on December 2nd, 2014 at 9am.
