Windsor Police have seized $27,000 worth of cocaine.

Officers arrested Fabricio Rivera Paz, 30, in the area of Ottawa Street and Hall Avenue on Thursday and allegedly seized 1.7 grams of cocaine and 2 grams of marijuana.

They later executed a search warrant at the suspect’s residence and allegedly seized 277.6 grams of cocaine and 1.5 grams of marijuana.

Rivera Paz is charged with is charged with Possession of Cocaine for Trafficking and Possession of Marijuana.

Police say the cocaine was worth $27,960.

Last Tuesday, police seized $50,000 worth of cocaine from a vehicle.
