The City of Windsor has lowered flags to half mast to pay tribute to three fallen RCMP Officers in Moncton, New Brunswick.
Constables David Ross, 32, Fabrice Georges Gevaudan, 45, and Douglas James Larche, 40, were shot and killed Wednesday night.
