Windsor Men Facing B&E Charges

Two Windsor men have been arrested and charged with break and enter and theft following a break in at the Esso Gas and Convenience on Riverside Drive in Tecumseh.

On April 23rd, the two men are alleged to have entered the building through the roof and a side window.

Once inside a quantity of cigarettes, lottery tickets and a safe were taken.

Andrew Michael Staruch, 27, and Brandon Jinkerson-Prosser, 19, were arrested in Windsor on May 15th and are charged with break enter and theft and wearing a disguise while committing and indictable offence.

Staruch is facing an additional charge of fail to comply with a recognizance.
