Windsor Police have arrested four people after allegedly catching them inside a local restaurant just after 2am.

Police say over the past several months there have been multiple break ins to commercial businesses, and officers have been investigating closely.

Around 2:15am, Friday morning, officers observed “persons of interest” in the area of Tecumseh and Walker. Police say suspects were located inside The Penalty Box restaurant and were placed under arrest.

Police have charged 33 year old Christopher Miller, 42-year-old Robert Rockwood, 27-year-old Andrew Staruch, and a 15-year-old who can not be named, with numerous break and enter offences.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be laid.
