Four Drivers Caught Going Over 150km/h On Highway 401

Chatham-Kent OPP have charged four motorists after they were caught travelling 50km/h or more over the speed limit on the 401.
On Friday the 13th, before midnight, two separate vehicles were clocked on the 401 Highway by police radar at a speed of 164km/h and 159km/h near the Tilbury Service Centre.
On Saturday the 14th, in the early evening, OPP say two separate vehicles were clocked by police radar on the 401 Highway, at 170km/h and 152km/h near Kent Bridge Road.
24-year-old Fnu Tajeshwar of Sacremento, California, 29-year-old Hamda Mohamed of North York, Ontario, 58-year-old Darylann Martin of Buffalo, New York and 18-year-old Shankeka Williams-Coore of Ajax, Ontario were each charged with stunt driving and speeding by 50 or more km/h under the Highway Traffic Act.
The vehicles they were driving have been impounded for the prescribed 7-day period and their driver’s licences suspended for 7 days.
