Police Hunting For Man And Woman Team After Vicious Assault

UPDATED: Windsor Police report that Mike Allard and Stephanie Robinson are in custody as of 3:10 Saturday afternoon.

Police say that around 11am Wednesday a man was viciously assaulted and robbed a near Howard and Erie. A male suspect fled the area in a vehicle driven by a female. The vehicle had been reported stolen on June 3rd.

The 52-year-old victim suffered severe head trauma and had to undergo emergency brain surgery. Police report that he is in the ICU currently listed in stable condition. He is a Windsor resident and has no known connection to the suspects.

The male suspect has been identified as 30-year-old Michael Wilfred Allard. The female is identified as 22-year-old Stephanie Robinson. Both are from Windsor.

Arrest warrants have been issued for both aggravated assault, robbery, and theft of a motor vehicle.

Police say that their whereabouts are unknown at this time and that Allard has an extensive record of criminal convictions with a history of violence.

Investigators are requesting the public’s assistance in locating both suspects and to contact the Windsor Police Investigations Branch 519-255-6700 ext 4830, Major Crime Unit (ext 4390) or Crime Stoppers at 519-258-TIPS (8477) with information as to their whereabouts.
