A 32-year-old Tecumseh man faces stunt driving charges after a traffic stop on Sunday.

OPP say that at 3:15pm, officers in Lakeshore were conducting radar enforcement on Essex County Road 22 when they clocked what they describe as a “2006 red Ferrari 435” travelling 170 km/hour in a posted 80 km/hour zone.

As a result, the car was pulled over and Joseph Giorgi was charged.

OPP remind all motorists that the minimum fine for stunt driving, if convicted is $2,000 and an automatic drivers licence suspension for seven days.
