Drunk Driver Arrested at Wyandotte and Victoria

In the early morning hours of today police had received a call about a grey Chrysler vehicle that was all over the road in the area of Victoria and University Avenue West. Officers quickly located and stopped the vehicle. Officers arrested the driver after forming the opinion that his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by the consumption of alcohol. Samples of the driver’s breath resulted in a reading of 271 and 264 mgs of alcohol per 100 ml of blood, more than three times the legal limit. The 27 year old male driver of Windsor on faces charges of Driving while ability impaired and Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood.
