It has been twenty-one weeks since construction started at the site of the future Downtown Windsor Family Aquatic Complex on the Western Super Anchor lands and one year from now, the pool complex will be open for the 2013 International Children’s Games.
Concrete floors are continuing to be poured at the south side of the building while concrete is poured into forms for the foundation near the pool itself.
windsoriteDOTca is keeping an eye on Aquatic Centre Construction with weekly updates that will eventually form a time lapse. Construction of the aquatic facility is planned to progress in time for the International Children’s Games in August 2013.
