Two Men Busted Trafficking Meth in Downtown Windsor

The Windsor Police Drug and Gun Enforcement Unit arrested two men in the downtown area Wednesday for trafficking methamphetamine.

Police found a quantity of methamphetamine as well as cash on each of the accused. During their investigation, police learned that the males were staying in a downtown hotel room.

A search warrant was issued for the hotel room and an additional quantity of methamphetamine and cash was seized.

James Fulcher aged 56 years from Chatham is charged with: 2 counts of CDSA 5(2) Possess Schedule I Substance for Trafficking, 1 count of CDSA 4 (1) Unlawfully Possess Schedule I Substance, 5 counts of CC 145 (3) Fail to Comply with Condition of Judicial Release

Jin Ho Ju aged 56 years of Leamington is charged with: 2 counts of CDSA 5(2) Possess Schedule I Substance for Trafficking
