Ex-Sex-Offender Possibly in Windsor, Wanted by Police on Parole Breach

Kenneth Froude, age 44

Windsor Police and the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a Federal Offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Parole. He is believed to be in the Windsor area.

This offender is serving a one year and seven month sentence for Criminal Harassment and two counts of Breach of his Long Term Supervision.

The offender was originally serving a two-year six months for Break Enter and Commit Sexual Assault and Sexual Assault with a Weapon for offences committed in the City of London Ontario in June of 2004.

Kenneth Froude is described as a 44-year-old male, 5’11 (180 cm’s), 152 lbs, (69 kgs), with brown eyes and greying hair.
