Police Looking for Possible Witness to “Photo Shoot” Sexual Assault

Windsor Police are attempting to locate a witness who may have information regarding a sexual assault which occurred two weeks ago on the city’s east side.  On June 25, 2011,  31 year old Jason Nassar was arrested and charged with sexual assault after a woman reported being sexually assaulted at a “photo shoot” at the closed Montana’s Restaurant located at 7470 Tecumseh Road East at 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2011.

Investigators received information that a possible witness to the sexual assault attended the Petro Canada Gas Station located at Tecumseh Road East at Lauzon Parkway and advised the clerk that he had observed a male and a female in the outdoor vestibule of the abandoned building and that they seemed suspicious.

The witness is described as a white male, 25-30 years, 6’2″, 170 lbs with a slender build. He had short, dark hair, wearing a T shirt and shorts and was riding a bicycle.

Investigators would like to speak with this potential witness regarding any information he may have regarding this incident and are asking him to contact Windsor Police Investigations at 519-255-6700 ext 4313.
