The Vintage Witch Shoppe has made a successful move into the Pillette Village.

The new shop, located at 4780 Wyandotte Street East, is a bigger store in a location that is quickly becoming Windsor’s one-stop-shop for antique enthusiasts. The neighbourhood boasts several other antique and collectible stores. Shop owner Terri Birkner hopes it will be a tourist destination for antique and vintage shoppers. In the fall the Pillette Village BIA hosts Vintage in the Village – a European style street festival celebrating all things vintage, which Birkner looks forward to being a part of.

The shop carries a wide variety of treasures, but boasts that it has Windsor’s largest selection of Victorian Tea Hats. They also have a variety of fascinators and vintage clothing, including racks of crinolines and blouses and plenty of shoes with buckles and straps.

Their main focus is on antiques and Victorian collectibles, but every corner of the shop holds a different surprise. You will find tea cups, books, bandaged mummies, gilded mirrors, novelty salt and pepper shakers, fluffy kittens and cabinets bursting with rhinestone encrusted jewellery, all at reasonable prices to fit any budget.

The Vintage Witch Shoppe is located at 4780 Wyandotte Street East and can be contacted by calling 519-980-4823. They are open Tuesday – Friday from 10am – 5pm and Saturdays from 10am – 4pm. You can visit their Facebook page for updates and events.
