Zero Tax Increases, but Severe Service Cuts Expected in Windsor this year
COUNCILThe draft Windsor Municipal Budget for 2010 is out and ready for public consideration and there are some alarming devils in the details. Draft budget cutbacks include plans to eliminate multiple flagpoles throughout the city, turning off public fountains, discontinuing a Remembrance Day dinner, and converting Hybrid Buses back to diesel (among other things).
