Scented is the newest artisan soap and scented candle shop in Windsor.

Located at 4050 Walker Road, Scented opened their doors in Fall 2015. Owners Dave and Jenny White create all the products, including the large variety of scented soaps and specialty candles – such as candles shaped as skulls or bowling balls.

Some of the unique bath and beauty products include confetti soaps, moisturizing bath truffles with shea and cocoa butter, sugar scrubs, fizzing bath bombs, and much more. One of the shops most popular soaps is their loofah soap – a bar of soap with loofah inside, perfect for scrubbing your feet or exfoliating.

The shop is a family-run business with the White’s daughter helping create the charming bath bomb cupcakes and their son helping slice the bars of freshly made soaps.

Products range from everyday bars of soap to more fancy soaps that can include dried flowers and sparkles – some of the specialty soap cakes can take several hours to create. All of the soaps and candles are completely customizable and customers can choose from over 150 different scents.

In store customers can access the scent wall, where they can preview the variety of scents that can be used in both the soaps and candles. The pre-made products come lightly scented, but soaps and candles can be more heavily scented or made using various combinations of scents upon request.

Colours and designs of soaps and candles are also customizable, letting customers create the perfect gift – such as small favour soaps for showers or weddings, or more extravagant soap cakes and gift boxes. With almost everything in the shop under $10, there are sure to be products to fit every budget. New products are always being created and there will be even more festive soaps and candles as the Christmas holidays approach.
