It’s time for little spooks and friendly ghosts to get their spooky-style ready for The Safety Village’s annual “not-so-scary” Halloween-in-the-Village event. This trick-or-treating adventure is a family friendly event that combines Halloween fun with important lessons in staying safe.

Children enjoy experiencing the Village dressed up in their costumes for a treat-filled adventure that includes exploring the haunted Village where they encounter familiar safety friends Sparky, Siren and Elmer. Last year’s event saw over 700 visitors join us for this frighteningly good time at The Safety Village.

In addition to ghosts, goblins and gremlins, kids always enjoy learning safety tips in our safe, fun interactive environment. Local police, fire and EMS professionals will be on site with their emergency vehicles so kids can get up close to a real fire truck, police car and ambulance.

Admission donation of only $5.00 per child requested, no charge for adults or children under 2. All proceeds will go towards The Safety Village in support of our ongoing safety programs. Special thanks to our community safety sponsors, Union Gas, and to our media sponsor AM800 and CTV, as well as program partners Essex-Windsor EMS, Windsor Fire and Rescue Services and Windsor Police Service.
