WHAT

Join us for a foraging tour where you will learn about the most common wild edibles in Southern Ontario (excluding mushrooms). We will collect edible leafy greens to make a delicious “green” smoothie (wild greens mixed with frozen fruit). This is a child-friendly event so please bring the whole family. Rashel Tremblay has written about her family’s experiences with eating “weeds” for Natural Life Magazine and has led several foraging tours on her family farm as well as in the city of Windsor.

Join us at 20600 Morris Rd in Lakeshore (just outside the town of Tilbury) on May 2nd (rain date May 9th) from 1-3pm.

Cost is $10 for EFAO members and $15 for non-members. Children 12 and under are free with an adult.
