“Spring Into Action” this year by walking or running to support mental health in our community. The Canadian Mental Health Association, Windsor Essex County Branch is hosting the 4th annual Spring Into Action Walk/Run & Family Walk fundraiser to benefit the bereavement programs at CMHA-WECB.

Whether you’re a walker, a runner, or just enjoy being outdoors, this event is going to be a great time for the whole family! Here are the details for the day:

Registration runs from 8:45am – 11am
Warm up at 9:45am
10km Run at 10am (with walkers following the runners’ start)
5km Run at 10:30am (with walkers following the runners’ start)
Family Walk begins at 10:45am and will remain open until 11:45am

Lunch and Refreshments will be served post Walk/Run

Registration is $10 per person
Family Rate is $30 for two adults and two children
Children aged 5 and under are free to participate
*This CMHA event is $10 for persons accompanying persons with a disability*

Each participant who collects $50 or more in pledges in addition to their registration fee receives a free t-shirt!
