The Fitness & Lifestyle SportFest ( Expo) will be a showcase of everything fitness — from vendors, demonstrations, shows and seminars, to show stopping competitions.

With an admission fee of …only $5 per day , or $8 for a weekend pass , the Fitness Expo is sure to be JAMMED with thousands of fitness enthusiasts want…ing to learn more about the latest products, trends and information about fitness and health. It will be filled with more than 80 booths related to fitness and competition apparel, fitness equipment, skin and body care products and services, healthy food options, supplements, fitness programs and MUCH MORE!

Some highlights of the show include:

• A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament bringing in both competitors from all around Canada and US and Hundreds of spectators,
• Zumbathon for adults,
• Zumba Tonic for kids 12 under,
• Yogathon,
• Spinathon,
• Gunisses World Record attempt for the Largest Bootcamp for Rehab All proceeds going to The Kilimanjaro Climb for the Windsor Regional Hospital
• Workout Wear Fashion show by P.R.A.Y Boutique
• Fitness Star Model Body Contest
